IGNATIUS -  With summer here and warmer weather, it is important to stay well hydrated.  Having a glass or water bottle of water or tea and taking a sip (or gulp) whenever you think about it can help one to stay hydrated. Flavored infused water is a good way to encourage one to drink more. Cucumber/Mint - Thinly slice 1 whole cucumber one-half cup of mint to a pitcher and fill with water.
