Jeffrey Allen Hemplemann entered a plea of guilty at District Court in Polson on Aug. 16, to strangulation of a partner or family member. The plea was entered as part of a plea agreement that calls for a commitment to the Montana Department of Corrections for five years with all of that time suspended.
