ST. IGNATIUS — A steady drizzle of rain on Saturday evening couldn’t washout the return of the annual Parade of Lights to the streets of St. Ignatius. Parade-goers kept dry by huddling inside doorways or underneath awnings of local businesses, while others simply watched the holiday merriment from the warmth of their vehicles.
