Drain the Swamp sign is confusing

In 2016 candidate for President, Donald Trump, used the slogan “Drain the Swamp.” It was assumed he was referring to the current Democratic administration. Our local Polson Super 1 supported the slogan by posting a sign stating “Drain the Swamp.” Well, it is now 2020 and again I see the sign “Drain the Swamp” posted at Super 1. This is interesting since currently the White House and Senate are controlled by the Republicans and soon it appears the Supreme Court will become more conservative. So, what swamp is this sign now referring to since the alleged swamp is full of Republicans and conservatives? Maybe it should say “Drain the Swamp - Vote Democrat.”
