ST. IGNATIUS — If Pilgrims came over on the Mayflower then what did the teachers come over on? - The Scholar Ship.
The Monday quilters are at the center every Monday from 10:30-4:30 p.m. You have my apologizes for forgetting you. The Ukulele group will meet on the first and third Monday evenings at 7 p.m. The card party will be held on the second Monday evening at 7 p.m.; everyone is welcome. The Neighborhood Watch group will meet on the third Tuesday evening at 7 p.m.; the public is encouraged to attend.
Turkey dinner raffle tickets are available at the center on Tuesdays and Fridays for $1 each or six for $5. Also tickets are still available for the quilt raffle, $1 each or eight for $5.
The foot clinic will here on Dec. 15 from 10 a.m. to noon; please call the center to make your appointment at 406-745-4462. Commodities will be here Nov. 15 and be available for pick up after 2 p.m.
Menu:
— Friday, Nov. 11: birthday dinner at noon–chicken
— Tuesday, Nov. 15: meat and potato bake at noon
— Wednesday, Nov. 16: evening meal at 5:30 p.m. is turkey
— Friday, Nov. 18: goulash at noon - We will have our turkey dinner raffle at this time.
— Tuesday, Nov. 22: open-faced hot turkey sandwiches
The center will be closed on Friday, Nov. 25, in observance of Thanksgiving.
We will reopen on Tuesday, Nov. 29, serving soup and sandwiches at noon.
Our menu is subject to change.
Bingo is played after almost every lunch so please come and share some laughs with your friends.
Everyone is welcome at the St. Ignatius Senior Center. You do not have to be a Senior Citizen to join us for lunch or dinner.
