A Ronan woman entered into a plea agreement that results in her conviction. Lindsay Elizabeth Castrillo, 36, was convicted of negligent homicide, which is a felony.  Castrillo was initially charged with vehicular homicide while under the influence. She entered a no-contest plea to the negligent homicide charge at District Court in Polson on Jan. 20. According to court records, on Sept. 1, 2019, Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Wayne Bieber, responded to a one-vehicle rollover involving a fatality on Moiese Valley Road.
