CHARLO — Wilbur Lewis “Bill” Marsh, age 90, passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, with his wife, Louise, by his side. Bill was born April 20, 1932, to George and Edith (Skinner) Marsh in Hollywood, California. Bill and Louise had just celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary.
