EVANSTON, WYOMING — Barbara Lee Stammers, 94, of Evanston, Wyoming, passed away on April 17, 2023. Barbara was born on March 29, 1929, in Wilmar, California, to Wilbur L. Allen and Marguerite A. Lloyd. After graduating high school, Barbara married Clarence R. Stammers on Nov. 8, 1947. She worked at Van DeKamp Bakery and Truman Girl Agency in California before moving to St. Ignatius in 1973.
