RONAN — The Ronan town council met for their last meeting of 2023 on Dec. 27 with new members sworn in. Ellen Kaphammer was sworn in as the council president. She accepted and thanked everyone. “Ellen, you are a veteran council member now,” Mayor Chris Adler said. Lawrence Ray Hall, a Ronan resident for 50 years, was also sworn in. He goes by Larry.
