The St. Ignatius Chamber of Commerce put on their annual Easter egg hunt with five cases of donated hard-boiled eggs and 48 dozen plastic eggs. Randi Gariepy dyed a case of eggs. The Old Timer Cafe colored a case, and Heidi Riddle colored two cases. A Boy Scout troop pitched in to color another case of eggs. The children could also find special eggs to win a basket of goodies. Despite the rain, hundreds of children attended the event at the St. Ignatius High School.
