Handel’s Messiah performed
ST. IGNATIUS/RONAN — On Saturday, Dec. 1, at the St. Ignatius Mission Church, the Mission Valley Choral Society, along with srings and piano, will perform Handel’s Messiah at 1 p.m. On Sunday, Dec. 2, they will again perform Handel’s Messiah at the Ronan Center for Performing Arts at 2 p.m. There is free admission to both performances.
Library holds food drive
POLSON — The North Lake County Library is holding a food drive from Dec. 16-22. All contributions will be donated to the Polson Loaves and Fish Food Pantry. Patrons with overdue items or fines on their cards are encouraged to bring sealed, commercially prepared, nonperishable food items to the circulation desk. Fines will be reduced by one dollar for each item donated. Please note that forgiveness of fines does not include lost or damaged items. Patrons without fines are also encouraged to join in this event to help replenish the Food Pantry.
