Interested participants invited to Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan meeting
POLSON — On Wednesday, Nov. 7, at 3 p.m., in the Lake County OEM meeting room, 25-C Regatta Road, Lake County is initiating the five year update to their Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan. The plan will update the strategy to reduce impacts of natural and manmade hazards in Lake County. You are invited to bring your local knowledge and ideas to this meeting and provide input on past hazard events and how to mitigate the effects of wildfire, flooding, severe weather and other hazards. Valley View potluck planned for Nov. 11
News from Valley View Clubhouse
Our November potluck will be on Sunday the 11th. Social time starts at 5:30 p.m., and dinner begins at 6 p.m. Bring your favorite potluck dish to share and come enjoy good food and company. St. Ignatius holds Veterans Day service
On Nov. 11, the Veterans Day service will be held at the Veteran's Wall in St. Ignatius at 11 a.m. Lunch will follow the service for veterans and their families at the St. Ignatius Senior Center.
