ST. IGNATIUS – Tribal Health Pharmacy is now providing bubble wrap packaging and delivery for eligible recipients who need support managing their daily medications and/or dosing.

The service is available at both the St. Ignatius and Polson Health Center Pharmacies.

Questions about the bubble wrap and delivery service can be directed to Mike Hertz, Tribal Health Pharmacy Director at 406-745-2426 or mike.hertz@cskthealth.org or mailto:mike.hertz@cskthealth.org.

Additionally, Tribal Health recipients can work directly with their established Community Health registered nurses, or Community Health representatives to initiate the service.

“We continue to try and meet the needs of Tribal Health recipients, including our population that might need additional support managing medications,” said Kevin Howlett Tribal Health Department Head. “When our recipients use our health care services, such as pharmacy, while using their respective health care coverage like medicaid or medicare, those dollars come back to Tribal Health directly to further improve our programs and health care services.”

Tribal Health of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes provides a rich network of health care services to recipients including audiology/speech; behavioral health; dental; medical; nursing services; optical; pharmacy; physical therapy; wellness and radiology across several communities on the Flathead Indian Reservation. Tribal Health is dedicated to a promise that every Tribal Health recipient will receive high-quality health care grounded in tribal values— supporting each recipient’s journey of “Being in a Good Way.”
