ST. IGNATIUS — What do you call people who are afraid of Santa Claus?... Claustrophobic.
We are open every Tuesday and Friday serving lunch at noon, and the first and third Wednesday evenings serving dinner at 5:30 p.m. Bingo is played after almost every lunch. The quilters are in the center on Mondays from 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Raffle tickets are still available for the quilt being raffled off, for $1 each or eight for $5. The drawing will be held on Dec. 21 during our Christmas Dinner at 5:30 p.m. The ukulele group will meet on the first and third Mondays at 7 p.m. The card party is held on the second Monday evening at 7 p.m. The Neighborhood Watch group will meet on the third Tuesday evening at 7 p.m., the public is encouraged to attend. The nail clinic will be here on Dec. 20 from 10 a.m.-noon; please call 1-406-745-4462 to make your appointment.
Our center is also available for rental. Our next board meeting will be on Dec. 13 at 10:30 a.m.; nutrition reports will be given.
Meals:
— Wednesday, Dec. 7: roast beef dinner 5:30 p.m.
— Friday, Dec. 9: chicken for Birthday Dinner served at noon
— Tuesday, Dec. 13: farmhouse casserole served at noon
Our menu is subject to change. Meals can be delivered to qualified seniors and commodities are available for qualified applicants. Please call the center for more information.
Everyone is welcome at the St. Ignatius Senior Center; you do not have to be a senior citizen to join us for lunch or dinner.
