ST. IGNATIUS — Everyone is welcome to come and join us at the St. Ignatius Senior Center where we have home cooked meals prepared fresh and served Tuesday and Friday at noon. Our Wednesday evening meals this month will be on June 8 and June 22 at 5:30 p.m. Meals can be delivered to qualified seniors on Tuesdays and Fridays. Bingo is played after almost every meal, please come and join the fun and visit with old friends. Our card party is held the second Monday of the month at 7 p.m. and everyone is welcome to come and join in. The Neighborhood Watch will hold their meeting on the third Tuesday evening of the month at 7 p.m. the public is welcome to attend. The foot clinic will be on June 21 from 10 a.m.-noon; for an appointment please call 46-745-4462. The quilters are in the center on Mondays and Thursdays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Our next board meeting will be on June 14 at 10:30 a.m. where nutrition reports will be given. Our menu is as follows: — Tuesday, June 7: tuna casserole — Wednesday, June 8: evening meal of roast beef — Friday, June 10: our “Birthday Dinner” – chicken — Tuesday, June 14: spaghetti — Friday, June 17: soup and sandwiches — Tuesday, June 21: stir-fry W — Wednesday, June 22: ham — Friday, June 24: sloppy Joes — Tuesday, June 28: meat and cheese with rolls Our menu is subject to change. You do not have to be a senior citizen to come and join us for lunch or dinner.
