Cheerful Heart, Inc. helps Lake County cancer patients

News from Cheerful Heart, Inc. LAKE COUNTY - Cancer patients in Lake County can receive non-medical help provided by Cheerful Heart at no cost to a patient currently undergoing treatment. In addition to transporting patients to treatment and appointments the non-profit provides volunteers for the Oncology Clinic in Polson at St. Joseph Medical Clinic. There are several programs under the Cheerful Heart umbrella that help cancer patients: massage and Reiki services, hair and skin care and a local cancer support group.  The organization provides support to the oncology clinics in Polson and at St. Luke’s in Ronan.
