Fire restrictions lifted on reservation

News from CSKT Division of Fire  FLATHEAD RESERVATION — Effective Wednesday, Aug. 25, fire managers across the Flathead Indian Reservation will rescind Stage I and Stage II fire restrictions.  Widespread precipitation has lowered the fire danger to high and has provided much needed relief for firefighters across western Montana. While fire danger has lessened, fire season in the Northern Rockies is not over.
