Water Compact board approves first resolutions

RONAN — The Flathead Water Compact board finalized their bylaws during their April 13 meeting and passed their very first resolutions as a board.  The first resolution passed by the board was to establish the spending authority limits for the water engineer. Originally in a draft of the bylaws but changed to a resolution for the sake of simplicity, Resolution 2023-01 establishes the fiscal and procurement policy for the water engineer.
