Democrats invited to annual spaghetti dinner
RONAN — Calling all Lake County Democrats … The annual spaghetti dinner and fundraiser will take place on Thursday, June 24, at 5:30 p.m. at the Mission Valley Senior Center, 528 Main St. SW, in Ronan. The cost of dinner is $25 per person. Guest speakers include Representative Dave Fern, HD5 and Senator Shan Morigeau, SD 48. POLSON — The North Lake County Public Library’s Summer Reading Program continues with exciting programming, guest speakers and awesome prizes. We plan to meet in Sacajawea Park across the street from the library. If the weather is bad, participants need to call the library to register for a spot for the program. Special programs will start at 10 a.m. On June 24, Fish Wildlife and Parks representative Dillon Tabbish will be in attendance.

Rodeo, music, concessions on tap
POLSON — The 2021 Mission Mountain Rodeo takes place on Friday and Saturday, June 25 and 26, beginning at 6 p.m. Tickets are $10 per adult, and $5 for children under 12 years of age. Tickets are available at the gate and there are no pre-sale tickets. Food, beverage and beer garden concessions will be available. Live music will be played after Friday night’s performance. Big Arm holds ‘Community Yard Sale’
BIG ARM — The Big Arm Association will be holding a “Community Yard Sale” on Saturday, June 26, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at the historic Big Arm School. Donations are now being accepted during our Thursday Coffee from 10 a.m.-noon or for other drop off times call Jeff/Nancy Foster at 406-849-5064. You can rent a space at the yard sale for a $10 donation. Please bring your own table. All proceeds from the sale will be used to maintain our historic Big Arm School as our community center.
Free hamburger feed
BIG ARM — From noon-2 p.m., the Polson Rural Fire membership will host its annual free hamburger feed for the Polson community at the Big Arm Fire Station. Meet local firefighters and see some of the new equipment and fire trusts. Donations will be accepted.
New Life Church Expo to support good water
POLSON — The Polson Community Flea market & Crafts Expo will be held on Saturday, June 26, at 9 a.m. The team organizing this event will use proceeds to support healthy water wells in Africa and other important projects all over the world. The Expo is currently accepting vendor applications on the New Life Church website.

POLSON — The Mission Valley Speedway Superoval, at 1113 N. Reservoir Road, will host Hornets, Mod 4s, Hobby Stocks, INEX Legends and late models races. Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for children 8-14 with children 7 and under free. Seniors 55 and older pay an $8 admission fee. St. Ignatius Fireman’s Picnic/Auction at Old Town Field
ST. IGNATIUS — Save up your appetite for the 2021 St. Ignatius Fireman’s Picnic and Auction set to begin at 11 a.m. at the Old Town Field. This year, firemen will cook up two whole hogs, hot dogs and hamburgers. Meals will be served with coleslaw and chips until the food runs out. Each food purchase gets a ticket entry for a $500 Rod’s Harvest Foods gift certificate. There will be an all-day silent auction and a live auction beginning at noon.
