POLSON — The cost of Public Law 280, as well as state budgetary and revenue issues will be the focus of the Friday, Oct. 14, meeting of the Lake County Pachyderm Club set for noon at the Polson Rural Fire Department meeting room on Regatta Road. Featured speaker will be Montana Representative Greg Hertz who will review the provisions of Public Law 280, an agreement that requires Lake County to prosecute felonies committed by tribal members in Lake County.
