RONAN — The annual Spring Fling Brunch hosted by Round Butte Women’s Club will be held Sunday, March 30, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.  Jack’s sourdough pancakes will be served. The ladies will also serve biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. RONAN — The Mission Mountain Quilt Guild will hold their next meeting on April 1 at the Terrace Lake Community Church east of Ronan. It is our potato social, the potatoes will be furnished, but please potluck the rest – toppings, salads or desserts. The meeting starts at 5:30; there will be a meeting and “Show and Tell.” Please bring your completed items for the Country Store held during the Quilt Show.

RONAN — The monthly meeting of the Mission Valley Back Country Horsemen will be held at the VFW Hall on Round Butte Rd. on April 1, (no fooling), at 7:30 p.m. We are offering a wonderful program for April. Sgt. Chuck Lewis USMC will present, “Walking for the Fallen,” a presentation of his walk across the United States honoring our military.

RONAN — Don Allen, an anointed man of God with a healing ministry, will be at Life for the Nations Church, 22 Second Ave. SW on Saturday evening, April 5, at 7 p.m. and Sunday morning, April 6, at 10:30 a.m.

RONAN — Ronan Woman’s Club is sponsoring a blood drive at Sacred Heart Parish Hall on Monday, April 7 from 2-6 p.m. To schedule an appointment for a blood draw, or for to get more information, call Adina at (406) 675-3580.

RONAN — Elias Marmon, 25, was in a devastating construction accident last fall that left him paralyzed. A benefit to help the Marmon family will be held Friday, April 11, at Willard’s Bar in Ronan. People are asked to drop off “white elephant” gifts and wrapping paper at Willard’s. A wrapping party is on April 8 at Willard’s. RONAN — The American Legion Post 138 of Ronan is meeting on Tuesday, (second Tuesdays), April 8, at 7 p.m. at the VFW Hall, 35981 Round Butte Road. New members are welcome. For more information, call Jack Fay at (406) 676-3380.

RONAN — The Mission Valley Heritage will hold its annual meeting on April 9 at the Senior Citizens’ Center at 2 p.m. Anyone interested is welcome to attend. It’s time to be thinking of sitters for the summer at the Garden of the Rockies Museum.  This is on a volunteer basis and hours are 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday. RONAN — Please join the Friends of the Ronan Library for the first “Montana Author’s Night” of the year on Thursday, April 10, at 6:30 p.m. Our first author is Craig Lancaster, whose most recent novel is “Edward Adrift.” All Friends’ events are open to the public and we hope to see you at the Ronan Library.

RONAN – A benefit for the Marmon family, whose son was paralyzed in a construction accident in September, will be held at Willard’s on Friday, April 11. The Ronan Volunteer Fire Department will serve barbecue from 6-9 p.m. KC and the Valley Cats will perform swing music during dinner, and Drunk and Disorderly will host a DJ birthday party from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Unwrapping of white elephant gifts takes place at 9 p.m. All proceeds will go to the Marmon family. RONAN — The People Voice, Inc. is sponsoring a yard sale at the Ronan Indian Senior Center on Friday and Saturday, April 11 and 12, from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. They are accepting gently used clothing of all sizes and any other items you wish to donate. There will be tools, sporting goods and more. For a modest price, you may purchase a meal of hot soup, dinner rolls, coffee, tea or cocoa. Don’t miss out on some good deals. Everyone is welcome.
