Pasty Lunch served on Election Day
POLSON — The First Presbyterian Church of Polson will hold its bi-annual Election Day Pasty Lunch and Sale on Tuesday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The Presbyterian Church is at 301 Fourth Ave. E directly across the street from the Linderman Gymnasium. Adults may buy a pasty lunch for $6 and children’s lunches are $3. Frozen pasties may be purchased for $3 apiece.

POLSON — The Polson Rural Fire District Board of Trustees will meet Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 7 p.m. at the Fairgrounds Station.

Masumola Club plans November meeting
POLSON — Masumola Club will meet Thursday, Nov. 10. Hosts for the November meeting will be: Walsh, Goldsmith, Mary Jensen. Suggested food distribution: A–H dessert, I–O salad or vegetable, P–Z hot dish. Meeting begins at 5:45 p.m. for social hour.
Young professionals to gather
POLSON — The next get-together for the Mission Valley Professionals will be at Glacier Brewery on Thursday, Nov. 10, from 5-7 p.m. The group provides a place for young professionals to share ideas, interact and provide community service projects. POLSON — The November Friendship Table Dinner is on Nov. 11 from 5-6:30 p.m. at Polson Presbyterian Church, located across from the Linderman School. Come join us. This dinner is free and open to all.
Veterans invited to free showing of ‘Last Man Club’
POLSON — Polson Theatres’ Showboat Cinema is partnering with VetFlicks, VetTix and Randolph Productions to bring the film “Last Man Club” to Polson for two special Veterans Day weekend showings at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11, and 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12.
All military veterans are invited to attend the film at no cost. Please bring military ID if possible. Tickets for all other attendees are $6. “Last Man Club,” a light-hearted and touching story of true friendship, honor and the bond between brothers-in-arms, runs 95 minutes and is rated R for some language.

Hunter Widow’s Holiday Bazaar planned
POLSON — The fifth annual Hunter Widow’s Holiday Bazaar is on Sunday, Nov. 13, at the Elks Lodge, 512 Main Street, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Get an early start on all of your shopping needs. Enjoy all kinds of vendors showcasing their items in one convenient location. Admission is free but nonperishable food donations will be collected. All proceeds from vendor table fees and food donations will be donated back to our community.

Roundtable hosts Western Montana Mental Health
POLSON — Happy Fall Days. Please join us for the November Resource Roundtable on Nov. 16 at noon at Lake County Health Dept. conference room. Lunch will be provided. Western Montana Mental Health will make a presentation.
For those who might be new to the group, the roundtable is a time to learn about other programs, share information, build relationships, seek collaboration and create a network of support for those serving the local community. We usually have a focus topic or presentation and always keep the meeting to one hour. Hope you can join us.
