Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases May 18-24:
Holly L. Webb, 36, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, expired nine months. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Matthew Adam Darnell, 23, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.
Jerry Scott Adamo, 43, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty, fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. Adamo was also fined $85 in court costs.
Amy Rose Chalcraft, 35, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Gregg Dennis Webster, 46, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, second offense. Webster was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 suspended and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs.
Buck Wyatt Henry, 23, pleaded not guilty to shooting from/across a road or highway. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
