Your feedback as a community member is needed to help develop objectives that will help us achieve the goals developed by the Polson Administration Team and approved by the Polson Board of Trustees. Your time and contribution to this process is appreciated as Polson School District continues to move forward in developing measurable objectives that will help determine whether or not progress is being made toward meeting the adopted goals below:
Goal 1: Student Achievement - We are committed to ensuring that all students will achieve at their highest potential both socially and academically.
Goal 2: Employee Excellence – We are committed to the recruitment, development, retention and recognition of a high performing and diverse personnel.
Goal 3: Family, Community, and External Engagement - We are committed to building strong partnerships with family, business, community and government entities at the classroom, building and district level.
Goal 4: Safety and Wellness - We are committed t the promotion of a system that is conducive to learning and teaching in a safe and healthy environment.
Goal 5: Operations and Capacity Building - District operations, facilities and human resources support an efficient, transparent and progressive education system.
