RONAN — A storage shed on the 600 block of Eisenhower Street SW burned down in just a few minutes last week. The fire started around 7 p.m. May 8 and quickly engulfed the storage building, also damaging the owner's house and a neighbor's shed. The house was mostly empty, as it was being remodeled, Ronan Fire Chief Mark Clary said. Firefighters arrived within three or four minutes after a 911 call came in reporting the blaze and quickly knocked down the fire. Clary said an official cause of the fire hasn't been determined.
