POLSON – The Pirates brought their record to 4-11 last week, splitting home games. On Thursday, the Pirates hosted Eureka and grabbed the 60-56 win. Mathew Rensvold netted 16 points for his team while Cedrick Smith followed with 12.
The Pirates took on rival Columbia Falls but were unable to “cage the kitties,” taking the 41-58 loss to the Wildcats. Andrew Weltz led for the Pirates with 10 points.
Polson will take to the road this next week of play, heading to Libby Feb. 15 and Frenchtown Feb. 18.
