Two Eagle River
ST. REGIS – The Eagles took a split for the week, grabbing a second win for the season. Thursday in St. Regis, the Eagles toppled the Tigers in a nail-biter. Though both teams went back and forth, Two Eagle River outscored the Tigers in the fourth quarter, which put the Eagles up just enough to walk away with the 50-48 win. Byron Carpentier came out as top scorer for his team with 22 points.
On Saturday, the Eagles fell to top-ranked Superior 40-76 at home.
The Eagles will play their final regular season game at home against Arlee Feb. 14.
