EUREKA – The Lady Pirates came out on top in one of two games this last week, adding a second win to their 2-12 season record. After falling behind after the first two quarters, the Lady Pirates fought back in the third to take the lead and hold it to the end. Skyla Krantz dominated the net, putting up 18 points for the Lady Pirates, with nine of those points coming in the third quarter. Nichole Lake added another 13 points to help her team cinch the win.
On Saturday, things fell the other way for the Lady Pirates as they were overcome by Columbia Falls at home, 18-59. Only three Lady Pirates netted points with Lake leading at seven.
