ST. REGIS – The Scarlets split the week bringing them to 11-3 for the season. On Friday the Scarlets faced 14C foe St. Regis taking down the Lady Tigers 66-50.
Whitney Malatare led the cavalry scoring a big 24 for the Scarlets. Morgan Malatare added 12.
On Saturday the Scarlets hosted Class B Loyola-Sacred Heart. Though they played a tight game, the Scarlets couldn’t find the bump they needed to overcome their opponents.
Whitney Malatare grabbed 18 points for her team while Alicia Camel added 13.
The Scarlets will head to Noxon Feb. 7 and then return home to host Mission Feb. 8.
