Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases July 20-26:
Rochelle Dawn Nelson, 26, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Dan L. Wadsworth, 38, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $500 plus $85 in court costs.
Jacob Daniel Hoon, 25, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
If Hoon provides proof of a valid driver’s license by Aug. 10, jail will be waived.
