RONAN – Ronan senior Connor Benn has signed his golden ticket and is set to play football for Montana State University Northern in the fall.
Although a quarterback for Ronan, Benn, who also stars on the wrestling mats, states he is ready to play “wherever they put me.”
After visiting other colleges, Benn settled on MSU Northern in Havre as they presented him with the best offer.
Benn plans on studying physical education and drivers education as well as history and has dreams of following in the footsteps of his father, Jim Benn — Ronan Chiefs head football coach — and becoming a football coach himself.
