POLSON — A newly relocated Walmart opened at 7:30 a.m. this morning after a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new store at 36318 Memory Lane is open from 6 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week, relocating from its previous location at 170 Heritage Lane. It offers one-stop shopping convenience for grocery, pharmacy and general merchandise needs.

Walmart will celebrate the opening with residents Saturday, Oct. 26 with “A Big Family Welcome” event from noon to 3 p.m.

The event will give customers a chance to meet Store Manager Dan Dewitt and enjoy fun family activities such as face painting, cupcake decorating and free food samples while supplies last.
