DRUMMOND – It was a tough day on the volleyball court for the Scarlets as Arlee fell to Drummond in Thursday’s 0-3 game. Though keeping it close in the first set 21-25, Scarlets just couldn’t find themselves on top with the next two sets 11-25,15-25 falling them behind.
Arlee sophomore Morgan Malatare led the Scarlets all the way around with six digs, five kills, two blocks, and an ace.
The Scarlets will take their game on the road this week challenging Superior on Oct. 3, and then meeting Two Eagle River School in Pablo Oct. 5.
