Montana home better than relaxing on Hawaiian beach

RONAN — The last time I had this column in the paper, I remarked that it would be nice to be relaxing on a nice beach somewhere. Well, we did that, and it wasn’t all that great. One thing that we learned is that Montana is much prettier than Hawaii. It’s good to be home.
The Foot Clinic is here this Wednesday, July 17, from 10 until noon.
This weekend is Crazy Days in Ronan and the center will have a sale at the center, 238 Main St., SW, on Friday beginning at 10 a.m. There will be a lot of home and holiday decorations. Come on down and see what treasures you can find.
Wednesday, July 24, is “bring a friend to lunch” day. If you know someone who hasn’t been to the center recently or has never been to the center, bring them and their barbecue meatball lunch that day will be only $2.
Congratulations to Marilyn Salomon selected as Ronan Center’s “senior of the year.” Marilyn is a great help to us and we appreciate all that she does.

• Friday, July 19: meatloaf
• Monday, July 22: Swiss steak
• Wednesday, July 24: barbecue meatballs
• Friday, 24: roast beef for our birthday dinner
