Thanks to all of those who participated in the prescription druge take back Oct. 29 at the St.Ignatius Community Center and Tribal Law and Order in Pablo. It was a big success. We collected 12 pounds at the St.Ignatius Community Center and 5 pounds at Pablo Law and Order.

That is 17 pounds of drugs that will not get into our children’s hands, or worse yet, their stomachs. We are also aware that disposal of our drugs by flushing or garbage is bad for our environment.

Tribal Health says thanks to everyone who participated in the Saturday drug take back.
