News from the Flathead Reservation Area Historical Society
POLSON — After fifteen years of meetings, research, and gathering pictures and stories, the long-awaited book “Lake County School History Volume II,” subtitled “Once in Flathead County: Many Districts Become One,” will be proudly presented at 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the large conference room, third floor of the Lake County Courthouse on June 20, 2013.
Thanks to the hundreds of people that have contributed their pictures and stories to make this work possible.
Author Joyce Decker Wegner and several of the 125 Lake County Country School Historian Co-Authors, including the Polson Chapter Co-Author Glenn Timm, will be on-hand for personal signings, pictures, and interviews as well.
