Judge Justin L. Bartels dealt with the following cases Nov. 1 - Dec. 1:
Ian Arestad, 25, pleaded no contest to unlawful transactions with children. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Beau Miller, 22, pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended. He was also fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Jimmy Graham, 53, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, fined $100 and $35 in court costs. Graham also pleaded guilty to failing to carry registration receipt as required. He was found guilty and fined $535 with $535 suspended.
Kenneth Hudson, 37, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, driving 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.
Jonathon David Thorsted, 20, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, driving 42 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.
Cheryl Ehresman, 63, forfeited a $55 bond for speeding, driving 45 mph in a posted 35 mph zone.
Danielle Nicole Dalke, 23, pleaded guilty to assault. She was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $100.
Kendal Dunkerson, 20, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Kimberly Teigen, 33, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Frank Carr, 66, forfeited a $65 bond for speeding, driving 29 mph in a posted 15 mph zone.
Cameron Wade Klocow, 31, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, driving 36 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Jordanas Waverek, 27, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, driving 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. She also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration.
Brandie Jean Rasmussen, 27, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, fined $500 (which was suspended) and paid $35 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to speeding, was found guilty, and fined an additional $20 plus $35 in court costs.
Comfort Trellis Bolen, 32, pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to an amended sentence of reckless driving (amended from driving under the influence, second offense). He was found guilty and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $15 plus $85 in court costs.
Karen Stafford Greer, 62, pleaded not guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving (amended from driving under the influence, first offense).
She was found guilty, fined $300, and $35 in court costs.
