Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Dec. 31, 2010 - Jan. 6, 2011:
David Raleigh Knott, Jr., 21, pleaded not guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Aida Faye Earling, 44, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Ty Michael Smith, 19, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Monte Wayne Baer, 45, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Joyce Emma Kujala, 19, pleaded guilty to operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.02 percent BAC under 21 years of (over age 18), first offense. She was found guilty and fined $125 plus $35 in court costs. Kujala also pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs.
Valentine Raymond Scheeler, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 days suspended, and fined $1,000 plus $85 in court costs.
Carl James Layman, 31, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Layman also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Allison Roullier, 37, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Roullier also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Patrick David Dellwo, 21, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 suspended and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Rodney Brian Mckenzie, 19, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Mckenzie also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs. Mckenzie also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Lastly, he pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
