Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases Dec. 1 - 31:
David Neale Gonzales, 34, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Gonzales also pleaded guilty to an amended offense of operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. For this offense he was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs.
David Feffer, 62, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding, driving 50 mph in a posted 45 mph zone.
