Judge A. Doug Olson dealt with the following cases Dec. 18-30:
Johnanthan James Linerud, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. Linerud also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail with five months and 25 days suspended. He was also fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.
Staci D. Blahnik, 31, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Joshua D. Garcia, 29, pleaded no contest to three offenses: interfering with City property, defrauding or intending to injure City property, and theft of labor or services or use of property. He as fined a total of $270 plus $185 in court costs and ordered to pay $420.58 in restitution.
Kristie Sharbono Dalke, 40, pleaded no contest to a vicious dog offense and pleaded guilty to the leash requirement within the city limits. She was found guilty of the leash offense and fined $35 for each offense.
Eric Lamberson, 18, pleaded no contest to a second offense of owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance. He was fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. Lamberson also pleaded no contest to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. For this offense he was fined $225 plus $85 in court costs. Also, Lamberson pleaded no contest to improper passing — crowding an overtaken vehicle. He was fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Lance T. Mix, 22, pleaded guilty for failing to stop immediately at a property damage accident scene. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
