Judge A. Doug Olson dealt with the following cases Dec. 4-17:

Heidi Kay Dunlap, 42, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. The court accepted the no contest plea and Dunlap was fined $75 plus $60 in court costs.

Howard C. Brand, III, pleaded no contest to speeding, traveling 54 mph in a posted 35 mph zone. The court accepted the no contest plea and Brand was fined $150.

Glenn J. Reum, 56, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC of greater, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to two days in jail with all suspended and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs. 

Also, Reum pleaded guilty to failing to dim within 1,000 feet of oncoming traffic. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Ethan Wade Brooks, 18, pleaded no contest to speeding, driving 50 mph in a posted 35 mph zone. The court accepted Brooks’ no contest plea and fined him $30 plus $35 in court costs.

Laura Hammond Loring, 54, pleaded no contest to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. The court accepted her no contest plea and Loring was fined $250 plus $85 in court costs. 

Also, Loring entered a no contest plea for theft — obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense. The court accepted her plea and sentenced Loring to one day in jail. 

She was also fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Adam Robert Dubiel, 24, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to vehicles. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $85 in court costs.

Shayla McDonald, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

James Hoskinson, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

John Malcolm Johnson, 61, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs.

Also, Johnson pleaded guilty to assault. He was found guilty and sentenced to one day in jail and fined $350 plus $85 in court costs.
