Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Dec. 10-16:
Donald Isador Mitchell, 26, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days with 178 suspended and fined $400 plus $35 in court costs.
Elton Lew Cleland, 36, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Katherine Bonnie Muller, 38, pleaded not guilty to failing to slow/use caution/move away from a stationary emergency vehicle/police vehicle.
She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Mark James Johnston, 48, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. He was found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 suspended. Johnston was also fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Andrew Nicholas Fisher, 23, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Donald Robert Mielke, 22, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
