Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Jan. 21-27:

George Bennett Evans, 43, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 350 suspended. Evans was also fined $915 with $615 suspended, plus $85 in court costs. Another citation was issued for partner or family member assault twelve days later. Evans pleaded not guilty but was found guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 350 suspended. He was also fined $885 with $615 suspended and ordered to pay $115 in court costs.

David Boyed VanBouchaute, 25, pleaded not guilty to assault, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

William F. Lamoureux, 46, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. He was found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, fined $300, and charged $35 in court costs.

Jerry Lee Boll, 72, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

William Edward Templer, 29, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. He was found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs. Templer also pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle without making application for transfer of registration. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Catherine Jasmine Baylor, 22, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense,. She was fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Baylor also pleaded not guilty to speeding, driving 60 mph in a posted 55 mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $60 plus $35 in court costs.

Shannon Kingrey, 36, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired more than 180 days. She was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs. Kingrey also pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Sydnie Anne Kritenbrink, 50, pleaded not guilty driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Mario Ernest Silva, 35, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Doyle E. Russell, 58, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Trevor W. McConkey, 29, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Brent Joseph Herreid, 29, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $185.

Daniell Marie Castro, 34, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
