Judge Justin L. Bartels dealt with the following cases Feb. 26-March 9:

Joeylee Edwards Joyal, 21, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $115 in court costs. Joyal also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, fined $100 and charged $215 in court costs.

Rosemary Lynn Howard, 25, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. She was found guilty, sentence to six months in jail with all suspended and fined $100 plus $215 in court costs. Howard also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs. She was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, fined $100, and charged $115 in court costs.

Courtney N. Ratliff, 22, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was found guilty and fined $135 plus $100 in court costs.

Nannette Shrader, 46, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of false reports to law enforcement authorities. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs.

Lenard Sackett Jennison, 35, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fiend $700 plus $85 in court costs. Jennison also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs. In addition, Jennison pleaded guilty to failing to remain at property accident scene. H was found guilty, sentenced to 20 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Robin Lamar, 50, pleaded guilty to theft. She was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Kristin Giles, 32, pleaded guilty to theft. She was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Adam Thomas Fife, 28, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Douglas Ertel, 51, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding.

Grant Allison, 40, forfeited an $85 bond for a stop sign violation.
