                Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases in Justice Court April 15-21:
Leonard James Stanley, 48, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 suspended and credited for three days served. He was also fined $450 plus $35 in court costs.
Stanley also pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license, expired more than 180 days. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Shannon Rea Sabers, 33, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended and one day credited for time served. She was also fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Amanda M. Mccullugh, 22, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, third or subsequent offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs. She also pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Terence M. Mousel, Jr., pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Mousel also pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
John W. Sharp, 20, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Sharp also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Buck Wyatt Henry, 22, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended and credit for one day served. He was also fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Jesse Jean Robertson, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Nolan Marlo Tromp, 21, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended and credited for one day served. He was also fined $400 and $85 in court costs.
Brenda Medina, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Jonathan Marshall Polk, 38, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fiend $150 plus $35 in court costs.
