Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases May 13-19:

John Lloyd Daniel, 68, pleaded not guilty to assault. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Donald E. Lundgren, 25, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, fined $250, and charged $35 in court costs.

Barton Mitchell Lowney, 38, pleaded guilty to partner or family assault, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $60.

Harry Edward VanBouchaute III, 26, pleaded not guilty to habitual offender operating a motor vehicle (November 2009). He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 345 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, VanBouchaute pleaded not guilty to habitual offender operating motor vehicle (July 2010). He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, VanBouchaute pleaded not guilty to habitual offender operating a motor vehicle (March 27, 2011). He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 345 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, VanBouchaute pleaded not guilty to habitual offender operating a motor vehicle (March 30, 2011). He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 345 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Lastly, VanBouchaute pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Colt W. Jore, 29, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $500 plus $85 in court costs. Jore also pleaded guilty to unlawful possession, shipping, transportation (elk, deer antelope, mountain lion). He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 173 suspended, to be completed by Nov. 17. 

David Neale Gonzales, 34, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Joseph Bishop Elmore, 35, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired more than 180 days. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Jack Earl Rohrbach, 21, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Rohrbach also pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired more than 180 days. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Charlie Bill Gasco, 28, pleaded not guilty to unlawful transactions with children, first violation. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended and two days credited for time served. He was also fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Kayla Marie Tammen, 19, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Breanna M. Boyd, 24, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

James L. Blood, 31, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Toby Mark Cheff, 18, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. 

Travis James Pilon, 21, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Joseph Arthur Black III, 49, pleaded guilty to vicious dog control, licensed or unlicensed. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
