Judge A. Doug Olson dealt with the following cases from April 15-May 13:
Justin Patrick Moldenhaner, 20, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Moldenhaner also pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Keith Jay Roberts, 50, entered a no contest plea to partner or family member assault, first offense. The court accepted the plea and sentenced Roberts to one day in jail. He was also fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Daniel S. Castlio, 26, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Jessie Lee Kolinsinski, 29, entered a no contest plea for driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. The court accepted the plea. Kolinsinski was sentenced to one day in jail and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs. Kolinsinski also entered a no contest plea to failing to notify owner after accident resulting in damage to property or fixtures along the highway. The court accepted the plea. Kolinsinski was fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Myles Richard Metzger, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Laura Tracy Bennett, 22, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Matthew Lee Bishop, 49, entered a no contest plea for following too closely. The court accepted the plea and fined Bishop $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Angelina Campos, 21, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Kimberly Ann Gullett, 40, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Michael James Lytton, 27, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Rose M. Garrison, 25, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Jennifer Kay Coe, 38, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to home time for two days, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Shalita Ridnour, 21, pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to home time for two days, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Michael R. Ryan-Roquette, 19, pleaded not guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18). He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Jack Whaling, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18). He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs.
