Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases June 3-16:
Christina Fahlgren, 24, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of disorderly conduct. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. Fahlgren also pleaded guilty to assault, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.
Jenna M. Pelletier, 26, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. She was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs. The court ordered Pelletier to pay for and complete ACT program for alcohol and/or chemical dependency and follow all recommendations.
Casey W. Brandt, 32, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Brandt also pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC of greater, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $485.
Brandon Evenson, 23, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Caroline Victoria Austill, 46, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. She was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs.
John Tim Robins, 74, pleaded not guilty to vicious dog control. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Christopher James Bays, 25, pleaded guilty to an amended sentence of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Arthur Lance Dunkerson, 38, pleaded not guilty to destruction or tampering with communication device. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 119 suspended and credited for 61 days served. He was also fined $100 plus $85.
Stephan Thomas Reynolds, 21, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Richard Allen James Sanders, 23, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Ty Michael Smith, 19, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended and credited for one day served. He was also fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Shane A.B. Stewart, 19, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with two suspended, with the sentenced deferred until Nov. 18. Stewart was also fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Kendal J. Dunkerson, 19, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Donald R. Ebensteiner, 49, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35. Ebensteiner also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Craig Allen Tice, 46, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 182 days in jail with 176 suspended, and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs.
Chad Allen Davis, 27, entered a no contest plea for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. The court accepted his no contest plea and fined him $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Cynthia Dawn Greene, 48, pleaded guilty to improper passing in a no-passing zone. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
