Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases during May:
Matt Faith, 24, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Nicholas Dinnell, 19, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
The following people forfeited a bond for a speed violation in lieu of appearing before the judge:
$100 bond for driving more than 20 mph over the posted speed limit: Thorin Geist, 33.
$75 bond for driving 11-20 mph over the posted speed limit: David Grady, 51; Blaine Beranek, 39; Luke Johnson, 34; Bradley Miller, 62; Debora Hypolite, 49; Candis Pfertsch, 24 (also forfeited a $50 bond for expired registration, vehicle was re-registered); Katherine Buss, 23; Warren Drew, 76; Carl Dulmes, 74.
$50 bond for driving 1-10 mph over the posted speed limit: O. Michelle Pickell, 48; Sylvia Heselwood, 56; Mike Warren, 52; Jason Fuchs, 31; Curt Lingle, 52; Timothy Topp, 32; Bradley Luck, 58; Patrick Harmash, 26; Suzanne Lees, 52; Kathleen McLaughin, 41.
