Judge A. Doug Olson dealt with the following cases May 14-June 3:
Mark Alan Kornick, 44, pleaded guilty to speeding, driving 57 mph in a posted 35 mph zone. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $35 in court costs.
Johny James Linerude, 20, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs. Linerude also pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, over age 18, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Adam James Clairmont, 25, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, first offense he was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs. Clairmont also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs. He was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $385.
Joshua Charles Markovich, 20, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Phillip Friscia, 25, pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed weapon in a prohibited place. He was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs. Friscia also pleaded guilty to assault. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs. Additionally, Friscia pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed weapon. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.
Kelsie Marie Seville, 19, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Kendall Joseph Jones, 20, pleaded guilty to speeding, driving 49 mph in a posted 35 mph zone. He was found guilty and fined $30 plus $35 in court costs.
Ernest Otoupalik, 58, pleaded guilty to failing to yield to approaching traffic when making a left turn. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
